For years, I've been on a quest of self healing. It started out when I was in a painful car accident which left me in a great deal of pain. I sought out chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncturists, Reiki masters and more. I began practicing medical massage and worked with chiropractors and orthopedic surgeons. I constantly took classes, always looking for that next level that would be the ticket. I would often trade out with other practitioners because I found that I seemed to learn as much when working on them as when they worked on me. I learned myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, raindrop therapy, trigger point therapy, reflexology and more. Every modality offered a glimmer of an answer. Eventually, I wandered into the realm of Emotion and Energy Life Coaching through Authentic Living. I'd read countless books that tied into this from Emotional Freedom Tapping, Neuro Linguistic Programming, etc. So, Becoming an EME Integration Coach was an easy transition. Years ago, I'd begun the journey into mindfulness and awareness of my thoughts and emotions, thanks to writers such as Eckhart Tolle, Paramahansa Yogananda, and Wayne Dyer. Each book or article or podcast has shown a little more light into the crevices that before only held pain and trauma. I'm also truly grateful for Angie, who asked me 20 years ago if I loved myself enough to simply accept a kind word she offered without feeling the urge to "pay for it" by giving her a bigger compliment, or even laugh it off by infusing humor.

Today, energy healing using sacred geometry and intuitive understanding of the energy centers of the body is my passion. When combined with love as the fuel and force behind the healing, there is no comparison. Therefore, my mission is to spread love and healing across the world, through healing and collaborating with other healers. To this end, my intention is to use this blog feature the many beautiful healers that it's been my pleasure to work alongside.
